My Fiance and I have heard so many good things about this place we had to experience it ourselves. We had a hard time pin pointing exactly where they were located bcs the plaza they are in has a little village like setting. BUT the short walk to and around their location is relaxing with lots of plants/bushes. Upon arrival we were greeted by the "Old Head" outside and asked to come in. Walking in there is a real old school vibe that makes you feel like you're going to have an experience. All the gentlemen worked together to make sure the tables were flipped and guests were sat. Food was served piping hot . Everything was flavorful and the portions were sufficient. We had the BBQ Beef Rib and Grits and the Fried Shrimp and Grits. Both meals were accompanied by 2 eggs and a biscuit . Service was prompt, they were courteous and we felt right at home. We will be back to try their lunch/dinner menu.

Man what a hidden gem of a restaurant this place is. Very professional and friendly staff. Portions were very nice sized and prices were excellent. I met the owner, very intelligent brother that knows how to burn in the kitchen. They have live music on certain nights, wish we could've attended a performance. I look forward to going back here again, menu had some great options, definitely gotta try the beef ribs and grits next time. Our food was superb, seasoned perfectly. Thanks for the great experience.

Finally made my way here. I highly recommended it. The food was really good and the people were really friendly. It is a small place. They only have have about 5 tables with total seating for no more than 20 people so make sure you reserve a table ahead of time. They don’t do takeout orders on the weekend so I’m not sure how they make enough money to remain profitable but that translates into great service for people who are dining in. The constantly checked to see what we thought of the food and Jason even asked us to pull him aside if anything was wrong with the order. The food was really good. I had their classic burger. It comes with fries and was very filling. I like that they toast their buns too. I’m not usually a breakfast person but will have to consider trying their waffles and chicken next time.

This is a wonderful local restaurant. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The smell of good food permeates the air. The food was very good. The meals are southern style and cooked even better than at home. Yes, I said that! I had the chicken and waffles. It was a buttermilk waffle, and I had three chicken legs with it. The waffle had a great flavor and was not too sweet. I appreciate that they offered real butter on the table, not margarine. The chicken was crispy and seasoned well. Perfectly cooked on the inside. I wish I had enough room to also eat some grits, but it would have been impossible. I am not local to NJ and traveling for work. I went to 4 Brothers Breakfast because of the pictures of their food and their menu. I was not at all disappointed and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who likes great food.

Food was excellent, we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection.

Went there for brunch after a coworker recommended it. The food was delicious southern style comfort food! The bayou shrimp and grits was the best I’ve ever had. The grits were creamy and cheesy and the seasoning on the shrimp was so flavorful. The biscuits are so soft and tasty. I also ordered chicken and waffles. The waffle is so good you can eat it without any syrup. They offer different flavored waffles as well. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and freshly cooked. They have homemade ice teas that looked good! Although they don’t serve liquor, it’s BYOB so I brought my own bottle of champagne to make mimosas. The staff is friendly and service is quick. The only bad thing is the restaurant is very tiny! You must make a reservation in order to even get a table. I saw them turn a couple away today just for not having a reservation. They only have 7 tables in the establishment. I heard they are expanding though, and adding a larger area to the restaurant. They definitely should because business is only going to grow

My husband and I love this place! We’ve been going since 2021 as our typical food date without the kids lol. The food is always a hit and it never misses. I always get the fish and grits and it’s 100/10. The biscuits are homemade and super soft and buttery. Also the apple iced tea is absolute best! Highly recommend!!

COME HERE. JUST COME HERE. So, I been tasked by my friends to find new breakfast spots. Boy did I win the grammy for picking here. This place is amazing. Prices are cheap/fair. All of us ended up getting their Chicken n Waffles since it was the food the store was known for. I got the sweet potato waffles with the chicken. Wow. It was amazingly good. The sweet teas are EVEN AMAZING! I got the peach ice tea, which is sweeten, and it tastes amazing! Just try it. Customer service is amazing as well, and the atmosphere is very chill.
